We believe strongly in the independent contractor model and we offer corporate structure to support that model.  We are not and employment agency and are not interested in making large profits from independent contractors.  We are interested in supporting independent contractors that need corporate structure to support their goals.  We allow independent contractors to maximize their income and maintain their customer engagements without needing to maintain their own corporate structure or share large percentages of their revenue with an employment agency.
